The South Bay Association of REALTORS® expresses its regrets and condolences to the family of Gene Drevno, former Councilwoman in the City of Torrance. Gene served on the Torrance City Council from 2006 to 2008. Before that, she served on the Civil Service, Parks and Recreation, and Planning Commissions. She also volunteered at a number of community and civic organizations such as the American Field Service, Hospice Volunteer, the Salvation Army, and the Torrance Education Foundation.

 

We applaud Gene’s tireless efforts to community service and the example that she has set for future community leaders, and we express our condolences as well to her current and former colleagues on the City Council and the Torrance city family.
