Fri MAR 26 | Senior's Real Estate Specialist Designation Course (SRES) Day 2 This course is approved for 12 continuing education clock hours in the category of Consumer Protection by the California Department of Real Estate. However, this approval does not constitute an endorsement of the views or opinions which are expressed by the course sponsor, instructor, authors or lecturers. Students must achieve 90% attendance of the two day live class and an 80% passing grade on the 55 question multiple choice closed book exam. Students will be allowed 60 minutes to complete the exam. This class will show you the basic features of the software including helping you register, create a transaction, fill out contracts, explain what the icons mean and how to use them. Additional resources such as Forms Advisor and How-To Training movies will also be included. Fri DEC 10 | Mandatory Matrix Training – Basic Matrix & Listing Management This Matrix Workshop covers an extensive overview each of the primary functionalities of the MRMLS and Matrix system. The first session is “Basic Matrix”. This Topic will give you a basic understanding of the MLS tools and resources which include: *Training resources *Support *Logging in *Matrix Overview of all Tabs: *home *search *matrix *add/edit * finance * roster *realist tax *pinpoint *smart trac *mlsl *help. This class will also include a basic search, a basic understanding of search results, email and printing of listings. The second session is “Listing Management”, Topics will include: *Logging in *MRMLS data policy *Getting Help *Adding a Listing *Managing Photos and supplements *Listing modifications and info *Open House. This workshop is 5 hours long with an hour break. This is a mandatory workshop for all new SBAOR members. This workshop is FREE to all SBAOR members and MLS only members in good standing. Any member who does not show up or attend the entire class or who has not cancelled at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled class or is more than 5 minutes late will have to reschedule and a $50 no show fee will be charged to your account. All mandatory attendees must attend the entire class in order to receive attendance credit. THIS COURSE IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION AND CHANGE. You must register in advance to attend. Walk-ins are not permitted.
Due to the high demand for this course and the increased number of absent registrants, the no show fee has been increased to $50.

Thu DEC 16 | Compliance Class This class is will review the most common MRMLS & CARETS rule infractions and how to prevent them. It’s FREE to all members who are not in a violation status. This class will show you the basic features of the software including helping you register, create a transaction, fill out contracts, explain what the icons mean and how to use them. It will also cover some more advanced features such as creating templates, emailing contracts, creating sticky notes, storing clauses, mortgage calculator, and auto-populating cover sheets. Additional resources such as Forms Advisor and How-To Training movies will also be included. The class does not cover Electronic Signatures or Relay as they are third party vendors that require registration and payment to use. Tue DEC 28 | Upgrade from WINforms to ZipForms Online (ADVANCED TRAINING) This class is ONLY for REALTORS who already have a working knowledge of WINforms and have been using it, but would like to upgrade to the new ZipForms. ZipForms offers many benefits, including:
. Easy-to-use navigation that lets agents move quickly through documents and transactions;
. Complete and e-mail/print forms without first having to create a transaction;
. Apply one or multiple templates at any time during a transaction;
. Drag and drop forms into transactions;
. Platform independent – runs on PC or MAC; and
. Compatible with Windows Vista.
