***IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY***
No shows and cancellations made less than 48hrs in advance will be assessed at $50 fee. Cancellations must be made via email to Nikki@SouthBayAOR.com. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations can be made 7 days a week via email if your class should land on a Monday or Tuesday.
***Attendees who fail to sign in at the beginning of class will be counted as a no-show and assessed the $50 fee. This fee will not be waived under any circumstances***
zipForm® Plus (Hands-on)
This hands-on class will teach you how to use zipForm® Plus to complete contracts and manage your transactions. This class will include how to create transactions, use the auto populating cover sheet, email, fax, mortgage calculator, sticky notes, MLSconnect, adding non CAR docs to your transaction, clause manager, templates and more.
*** Please note – This class will be cancelled if we do not have a minimum of six students registered. Please sign up in advance so the class does not get cancelled. Please do not plan to walk in as the class could be cancelled.
