Core Essentials - Understanding Contracts

This class addresses the most commonly used forms in residential real estate transactions and covers general practice in using them. REALTORS® know very well the importance, and the complexity, of the various state and federal disclosure laws governing real estate transactions in California. This class provides an overview of disclosure requirements that are typically seen in a residential 1-4 transaction item by item. It will help you understand the reasons behind the disclosures, when they must be made, and when they might be exempt. Take this course to better serve your buyers and sellers along with protecting yourself from personal liability.
