This course offers facts and tips about financial aspects of rental properties.
It also describes how to clean upĚ the property™s financial aspects and using an inspection to clean up the physical aspects.
Also discussed is budget planning for rental properties to systematically replace aging components, as well as how and when to increase rents.
Another part of this course is representing clients to determine the seller™s list price and/or the buyer™s purchase price, in a real estate transaction.
You will also learn about the different types of financing available to purchase rental properties.
