Instructor: Phil Atwan - Mr. Atwan began his real estate career with Safeco Title Insurance Company in 1982, and later to Chicago Title in 1986, where Phil worked as a Sales Representative, and later as North Los Angeles County Sales Manager. He has an extensive understanding of the real estate industry, both technically and from a marketing perspective. Phil speaks regularly at Board of Realtor functions and training meetings, investment seminars, and CPA Discussion Groups. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Escrow Associates of the San Gabriel Valley 5 of the past 6 years, and a member with the Los Angeles Escrow Association. Phil is a recipient of the San Gabriel Valley Escrow Affiliate of the Year Award 2 out of the past 3 years. In addition, Mr. Atwan serves as an officer for Foreclosure Resources, Inc., a trustee that specializes in foreclosing on behalf of both institutional and private beneficiaries.
