Q: I don't have a real estate license. Can I still purchase items from your store?
A: You may purchase merchandise except for products with the REALTOR® logo and CAR Forms. You may only purchase property management forms; all other forms may only be purchased by real estate licensees or Brokers.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: No, but you can order store items from the Torrance location and have them delivered to the Redondo Beach office. You can place your order by calling 310-326-3010.
Q: Can my assistant/client/spouse or other relative/friend make purchases for me?
A: Yes, if you provide written authorization with your member number.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: All sales are final, there are No Exchanges or Returns. No Exceptions.
