Q: I don't have a real estate license. Can I still purchase items from your store?
A: You may purchase merchandise except for products with the REALTOR® logo and CAR Forms. You may only purchase property management forms; all other forms may only be purchased by real estate licensees or Brokers.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: No, but you can order store items from the Torrance location and have them delivered to the Manhattan Beach office the next business day that the Manhattan Beach location is open. You can place your order by calling 310-326-3010.
Q: Can my assistant/client/spouse or other relative/friend make purchases for me?
A: Yes, if you provide written authorization with your member number.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: All sales are final, there are No Exchanges or Returns. No Exceptions.
