DESCRIPTION:Join us as Lumbleau Real Estate School navigates you though the requirements for Salesperson or Broker DRE approved 45 hours online. The continuing education course consists of 8 separate courses including Agency (3hrs.)\, Ethics (3 hrs.)\, Fair Housing (3hrs.)\, Trust Fund Handling (3 hrs.)\, Risk Management (3 hrs.)\, Management & Supervision (3 hrs.)\, Real Estate Economics (12 hrs.)\, and Real Estate Contracts (15 hrs.). Textbooks are available to download via PDF. Each course has a final exam that is available 72 hours after enrollment upon completion of the course quizzes. The California Department of Real Estate allows testing on a maximum of 15 hours of course material per 24-hour period. Printed textbooks can also be purchased for $39.00 before or after the course.
