You can expect potentially high attorneys fees! With Meditation you will have your conflict heard by non-biased Real Estate knowledgable Members of your Real Estate community of peers. Mediation will provide an inexpensive option to hopefully come to a compromised solution to enable closure for the parties. In most cases this solution is a “win-win” for all parties rather than a “lose-win” outcome.
