When an individual homeowner is on title and they don’t hold title in a trust and pass away the probate process is required to determine who signs on behalf of the estate for a sale. We’re going to discuss what questions should be asked by an agent in the very beginning to get the ball rolling and to stay on track during a probate sale. There will be important information that all listing agents and buyers agents should be familiar with as both sides can be affected by the probate process.
