Ethics, Mediation and Arbitration

The SBAOR provides a member run system by which industry standards are upheld and disputes can be resolved without litigation. SBAOR members must follow the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, which stands for honor, integrity, competency and professionalism. SBAOR oversees the procedures for responding to ethical complaints and disputes through professional standards, mediation and arbitration.

MLS Fees are paid twice a year and due on 3/31 and 9/30.

SBAOR Dues are paid once a year and due on 12/31.
