REALTOR® Store Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm
Q: I don’t have a real estate license. Can I still purchase items from your store?
A: You may purchase merchandise except for products with the REALTOR® logo.
Q: I am not a member of the SBAOR. Can I still purchase items from your store? A: You may purchase merchandise at a non-member price.
Q: Do you deliver? A: No, but we offer curbside by-appointment pickup.
Q: Can my assistant/client/spouse or other relative/friend make purchases for me? A: Yes, if you provide written authorization with your member number.
Q: What is the return policy? A: All sales are final, there are No Exchanges or Returns. No Exceptions.
