The South Bay Association of REALTORS® (SBAOR) is a member organization for real estate professionals that promotes Professional Standards, provides effective continuing education, favorably influences public policy, serves as a business tool for the success of its members and gives back to its community.
Edwin Revolorio is part of ERB Painting that has been serving the South Bay for over 20 years, completing both exterior and interior painting projects. Their goal has been to help clients with tight deadlines and accommodate the completion of those jobs. Edwin focuses on trying to help others in any area he can and seeing them succeed. He personally enjoys playing soccer with others in local leagues, focusing on self improvement and reaching his personal goals.

As the VP of Mortgage Lending at OriginPoint Mortgage, I am a resource for all things mortgage. I began my career in 2002 as a loan processor, working behind the scenes, learning the mechanics of how to structure a loan. At the time I didn’t know anything about the industry or that I would build a career in mortgage financing. It didn’t take long to get swept up in the excitement of a thriving industry and learn the value of owning real estate – especially in Southern California.
I thrive on coffee, educating clients and solving complex and unique problems. Whether your clients are first-time home buyers, experienced investment property owners, or those looking to refinance, our portfolio of over 40 investors will ensure they have financing solutions no matter the situation.
