About Us
The South Bay Association of REALTORS® (SBAOR) is a member organization for real estate professionals that promotes Professional Standards, provides effective continuing education, favorably influences public policy, serves as a business tool for the success of its members and gives back to its community.
Nick worked under MPPI headquarters before opening the South Bay LA franchise in 2022. In 2025, the location expanded with Nick’s wife, Rose, joining full-time as General Manager. Nick is a Certified Inspector with InterNACHI (InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and CREIA (California Real Estate Inspectors Association). In addition to general inspections, MPPI has in-house partners for sewer scoping, Chimney Level 2, and termite inspections. Afterwards, Nick is available to answer questions. He enjoys connecting with and reassuring both realtors and clients. MPPI stands behind inspections with Errors & Omissions Insurance. As local small business owners, Nick and Rose live, work, and send their daughter to school in Redondo Beach. When not working, they love cheering for the Lakers!

As the VP of Mortgage Lending at OriginPoint Mortgage, I am a resource for all things mortgage. I began my career in 2002 as a loan processor, working behind the scenes, learning the mechanics of how to structure a loan. At the time I didn’t know anything about the industry or that I would build a career in mortgage financing. It didn’t take long to get swept up in the excitement of a thriving industry and learn the value of owning real estate – especially in Southern California.
I thrive on coffee, educating clients and solving complex and unique problems. Whether your clients are first-time home buyers, experienced investment property owners, or those looking to refinance, our portfolio of over 40 investors will ensure they have financing solutions no matter the situation.
