The South Bay Association of REALTORS®️ (SBAOR) is a premier professional trade organization representing over 4,500 real estate professionals throughout the South Bay region of Los Angeles. As a member-owned association, we are dedicated to advancing our members’ success through industry-leading resources, ethical advocacy, and professional development.

SBAOR provides hyper-localized resources for agents practicing in the South Bay while maintaining a powerful connection to the California Association of REALTORS®️ (C.A.R.) and the National Association of REALTORS®️ (NAR). This gives our members the local agility of a boutique association with the legislative “clout” of one of the largest trade organizations in the nation.

Leadership & Governance

Owned and operated by its members, SBAOR is governed by an elected Board of Directors. Our strategic policies are implemented by a dedicated professional staff under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Nikki Vasquez. Whether in-person at our local headquarters or through our digital platforms, we provide a collaborative environment for members to network, grow, and lead.
