This class is designed to empower REALTORS® with the advanced knowledge and skills required to effectively manage transactions, templates, and electronic signatures using Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition). Participants will gain hands-on experience and discover how user-friendly and efficient this tool can be for streamlining their real estate transactions.

This class aims to equip REALTORS® to harness the full potential of Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition) for smoother, more efficient real estate transactions. Participants will leave with the confidence to implement these tools in their daily practice, enhancing their professionalism and productivity in the field.

Session Objectives:
By the end of this class, participants will:

•        Understand the advanced functionalities of Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition).
•        Learn how to create and manage templates for various transaction types.
•        Using electronic signatures and best practices for a seamless transaction process.

IMPORTANT: Before you attend your scheduled course you must register on the California Association of REALTORS® website in order to access your zipForm account. You will need your 9-digit M1# in order to do this. You may contact SBAOR at 310-326-3010 for help in obtaining your M1#.
