Turning Open House Traffic into a Usable Lead Pipeline – LIVE AT SBAOR

This session focuses on a common gap in open house workflows. While agents generate foot traffic and conversations, much of this interest isn’t captured in a systemized way once the open house ends.

The goal is to provide a practical way for agents to think about open houses, beyond short-term, property-specific opportunities; and instead, treat those interactions as something that can build a long-term lead pipeline.

We’ll cover:
• What typically happens to open house traffic after the event
• Where lead capture and follow-up are missing
• Why most follow-up focuses on immediate opportunities
• How to structure open house activity as a system that carries forward
• How to capture future buyer interest so it’s usable
