To be eligible for the CIPS Designation, you must:

• Complete all 5 courses.
• Complete application form (must earn 100 points on 11 categories, pay one-time $75 application fee, and the membership dues, prorated based on the quarter that the application is submitted)
• Pay annual membership dues of $220

Global Real Estate: Local Markets

The goals of this Global Real Estate: Local Markets course are to provide an awareness and understanding of how the global economy impacts local real estate markets and to prepare real estate professionals to serve international clients as well as customers in their local markets. You must take this course before taking any other CIPS courses.
